摘要(Abstract)：

为探索褪黑素对糖尿病神经合并症的影响 ,本实验采用四氧嘧啶给药的方法 ,造成大鼠的高血糖状态 ,气相色谱法测定褪黑素对四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经山梨醇含量变化的影响。结果表明 :褪黑素以 1、5、2 5mg/kg3个剂量给四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型大鼠连续口服 3个月 ,可显著降低糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经山梨醇含量 ,且呈一定的剂量反应关系。提示褪黑素通过抑制山梨醇的生成 ,减轻糖尿病神经合并症的症状
This paper is to search the mechanism of the effect of melatonin on nervous sorbitol in alloxan diabetic rats. The diabetes rats were induced by alloxan and the sciatic sorbitol was determined by the GC method. The results showed that if melatonin was administered orally in 1,5, 25 mg/kg for 3 monthes, the level of nervous sorbitol decreased significantly and the action of melatonin showed some dose reaction relationship. This result means that melatonin inhibits diabetes neuropathy by sorbitol pathway.
