摘要(Abstract)：
目的优选解毒宣透汤提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法 ,以连翘苷、绿原酸、黄芩苷含量及浸膏重量为指标 ,考察加水量、煎煮时间及煎煮次数对提取效果的影响。结果解毒宣透汤最佳提取工艺条件为加 1 0倍量水 ,煎煮 3次 ,每次 1h。
Objective To find out an optimal extraction process for the Jieduxuantou Decoction.Methods The optimal process was studied by the orthogonal design with the yield of the forsythin,chlorogenic acid and baicalin content and extract sicca from the Jieduxuantou Decoction as indexes. Three factors were chosen in this experment , including the water consumption , duration of extraction and times of extraction. Results The result showed that the optimal extraction process was that the water consumed 10 times the amount of the material, refluxing for 3 times, each time 1 h.
