摘要(Abstract)：

综述了近年来口服结肠定位给药系统的发展状况 ,并评价了各类结肠定位给药系统的优、缺点和发展前景
This article provides a review of technologies available for oral colon specific drug delivery mainly including the bacterially triggered delivery system, pH dependent delivery system and time dependent delivery system.
