摘要(Abstract):
目的用简易方法合成银杏酚,为银杏酚的制备寻找新的途径。方法以3,5-二甲氧基溴苯为原料,经金属化、偶联、脱甲基化反应制得银杏酚。结果成功地合成了银杏酚,总收率为63%,其结构经核磁共振氢谱及元素分析确证。结论本法合成步骤短,反应条件温和,收率较高。
Objective To synthesize bilobol via an improved synthetic method.Methods Bilobol was synthesized through three steps taking 3,5dimethoxybromobenzene as starting material:firstly,metallation was carried out with Mg,followed by coupling reaction with(Z)-1-bromo-8′-pentadecene in the presence of Li2CuCl4-THF;finally,demethylation reaction was carried out.Results Bilobol was successfully synthesized in a total yield of 63%.The structure of the target compound was confirmed by 1H-NMR and elemental analysis.Conclusions This synthetic method is applicable with mild condition and high yield;the operation is convenient.
