中药消炎软膏制备工艺优化
Optimization of preparation technology for herbal anti-inflammatory ointment

摘要(Abstract):

目的优化飞扬草消炎软膏制备工艺。方法以没食子酸含量为指标,优选飞扬草最佳产地;评价指标为浸膏得率,总酚含量的综合评分,考察因素为乙醇用量、乙醇体积分数、提取时间和提取次数,采用正交试验优选提取工艺;采用星点设计—响应面法优化软膏处方,通过考察白凡士林用量、乳化剂用量、油水相比例及其交互作用对飞扬草软膏综合评分的影响。模拟回归方程,确定了飞扬草软膏最佳处方。结果飞扬草最佳提取工艺为4倍量体积分数50%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1 h;软膏基质最佳处方为白凡士林用量13 g,乳化剂用量0. 6 g,油水相比值为2。结论优选的飞扬草提取工艺和软膏制备工艺简单易行,稳定性好,可用于工业生产。
Objective To optimize preparation process of Feiyangcao anti-inflammatory ointment. Methods With the content of gallic acid as the index,choose the best producing area of Feiyangcao; with yield of extract,the content of total phenol and composite score as indexes,extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with the solid-liquid ratio,concentration of ethanol,extraction time and extraction times as factors; By using central composite design and response surface methodology,three factors,including dose of albolene,emulsifier and Oil-water ratio optimized. Evaluation with the appearance,stability,pH value and other comprehensive. The regression equation was used to determine the best prescription of the ointment.Results Optimum extraction process was: extracted 3 times with 4 times the amount of 50% ethanol,1 h per time; Ointment matrix composition as follows: albolene 13 g,emulsifier 0. 6 g,Oil-water ratio = 2: 1.Conclusion This optimized extraction technology and preparation method of ointment was stable and feasible,it could be applied to industrial production.
