γ-谷维素检测方法研究进展Recent advances in detection methods for γ-oryzanol

摘要(Abstract):
目的 对目前已报道的食品、药品以及生物基质中γ-谷维素的检测方法进行综述,以期为开发更加高效的γ-谷维素分析方法提供思路。方法 检索相关文献,对各种γ-谷维素检测方法的优缺点、当前研究进展以及应用进行归纳分类和综述。结果 目前已开发的γ-谷维素检测方法主要包括基于紫外-可见分光光度法、质谱法、核磁共振波谱法以及其他方法等,各种方法各有优缺点。近年来,高效液相色谱-质谱联用法和核磁共振波谱法在γ-谷维素的定性和定量分析中发展迅速,并展现出了巨大的优势。虽然,已有多种检测方法被相继报道,但是,复杂基质样品的前处理效率、定量分析的检测灵敏度以及定性分析的鉴定效率仍有待提高。结论 基于已有的检测手段,开发更加高效、灵敏的γ-谷维素检测方法是该领域今后的重要研究方向之一。
Objective To review the detection methods for γ-oryzanol in food, drugs and biological samples and provide inspiration for the development of more efficient methods for γ-oryzanol analysis.Methods Relevant papers were searched.The advantages and disadvantages, current research progress and applications of the γ-oryzanol detection methods were classified and reviewed.Results At present, methods for the detection of γ-oryzanol mainly include methods based on ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry, methods based on mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance and others.Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages.In recent years, high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy have developed rapidly in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of γ-oryzanol and showed great advantages.Although a variety of detection methods have been reported successively, the efficiency of complex matrix sample pretreatment, sensitivity of quantitative analysis and efficiency of qualitative analysis still remain to be improved.Conclusion Developing more efficient and sensitive methods for γ-oryzanol detection based on the existing methods is one of the very important directions in this field.
