摘要(Abstract)：
目的用高效液相色谱法测定了坎地沙坦酯的含量。方法采用ODS柱 ,流动相为乙腈 水(体积比 80∶2 0 ,磷酸调节 pH值至 3 2 ) ,在波长2 5 2nm检测。结果测定了坎地沙坦酯的含量 ,平均含量为 99 4 % (RSD =0 4 0 % ,n =3) ;样品进样量在 0 5～ 2 5 μg内 ,与峰面积具有良好的线性关系 ,线性回归方程为 :A =-1 0 4 5 + 92 772W ,r =0 9999。结论本测定方法灵敏、准确 ,重现性好 ,适用于坎地沙坦酯及其制剂的常规分析。
Objective To develop a reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method to determine the content of candesartan cilexetil. Method The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile water(80∶20, adjusted to pH 3 2 using phosphoric acid) and the UV absorbance was monitored at 252 nm . Result The average content was 99 4% with RSD=0 40%. Conclusion This assay demonstrated that the method had adequate sensitivity and selectivity to measure the concentrations of candesartan cilexetil and could be used in the quality control of candesartan cilexetil.
