基于分子印迹种子微球的合成及应用

摘要(Abstract):

目的种子微球的制备与性能研究。方法采用辛醇和乳化剂OS作为复合分散剂,采用无皂乳液聚合法。结果辛醇与极少量乳化剂复合使用,提高了乳液的稳定性,改善了种子微球粒径大小及粒径分布。结论当辛醇用量为单体质量的3.0%、丙烯酸乙酯(ethyl acrylate,EA)与苯乙烯(styrene,ST)的质量比为1.000∶0.229、反应温度为85℃、pH为8.0时,能够制备出期盼的分子印迹聚合物种球。
Objective To study the process of synthesizing the seed microspheres and its perfoemance.Methods The emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization was adopted with the octanol and the few emulsoid OS as dispersive reagent.Results The influenced factors included particle size,capability,and its distribution of the seeds of molecularly imprinted polymeric microspheres.Conclusions These seeds were approvingly synthesized when w(octanol)=3.0%,m(EA)∶ m(ST)=1.000∶ 0.229,θ=85 ℃,pH=8.0.
