基于LAMP法的新型冠状病毒检测研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)是由新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)引起的急性呼吸道传染性疾病。自2019年12月武汉首次通报患者以来,目前全球各地呈现出大流行趋势。环介导等温扩增(Loop-mediated isothermal amplification)此前已被用于多种RNA病毒的检测。其在保证检测速度和灵敏度的同时降低了检测成本,在疫情期间为欠发达地区或大流行地区的大规模筛查监测提供了新的解决方案。
Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).Since the first case of COVID-19 in Wuhan in December 2019,the pandemic has spread globally.Loop-mediated isothermal amplification has previously been used to detect various RNA viruses.This method will reduce the detection cost while ensuring its speed and sensitivity, thus offering a new solution to meet the requirements of large-scale screening and monitoring in the undeveloped areas or epidemic areas during the pandemic.
