蟾酥活性成分及其药理作用的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

目的 对蟾酥活性成分及其药理作用的研究进展进行综述。方法 通过查阅近十年来国内外的文献,对蟾酥的活性成分及其药理作用进行归纳和分析。结果 蟾酥的化学成分包括蟾蜍二烯内酯类、吲哚生物碱类、甾醇类及其他类化合物,近年来关于蟾蜍二烯内酯类活性单体成分的研究较多。蟾酥及其活性成分具有抗肿瘤、强心、抗炎、镇痛、抗菌等药理作用,目前的研究主要集中于抗肿瘤作用及强心作用。结论 蟾酥作为中国传统中药材之一,在临床上具有广泛的应用。本文详细地归纳了蟾酥的活性成分,综述了其药理作用,特别是其抗肿瘤作用,以期为基于蟾酥及其活性成分的研究提供一定的依据。
Objective To review the research progress of the active ingredients of Bufonis Venenum and their pharmacological actions.Methods The active ingredients of Bufonis Venenum and their pharmacological actions were summarized and analyzed by reviewing domestic and foreign literatures in recent 10 years.Results The chemical components of Bufonis Venenum include bufadienolides, indole alkaloids, sterols and other compounds.In recent years, there has been much research on the active components of bufadienolides.Bufonis Venenum and its active components have pharmacological actions such as anticancer activities, cardiovascular effects, anti-inflammatory, analgesia and antibiosis, among which the anticancer activities and cardiotonic effects are the focus of current research.Conclusion As one of the Traditional Chinese Medicine, Bufonis Venenum has a wide range of clinical applications.This paper summarizes the active components of Bufonis Venenum in detail, and reviews their pharmacological actions, especially the anticancer activities.It is expected that it will provide a certain basis for the research of Bufonis Venenum and its active components.
