摘要(Abstract):
目的对脂质体包封体积的测定方法进行综述。方法查阅国内外相关文献57篇,对包封体积的测定方法进行归纳、总结和分析。结果基于不同原理,包封体积的测定方法分为理论模型和实验测定两类,其中,实验测定包括溶质包封(solute encapsulation)、电子自旋共振(electron spinresonance,ESR)、电导率(conductivity)及核磁共振(nuclear magnetic resonance,NMR)法。结论为进一步研究脂质体内水相中包封的水溶性、核酸和蛋白质类药物提供重要参考。
Objective To review the methods on the determination of liposome encapsulated volume.Methods The review was summarized on the basis of 57 published literatures.Results Based on different principles,the determination of liposome encapsulated volume was divided into two types:theoretical model and experimental determination.Experimental determination included solute encapsulation method,electron spin resonance(ESR) method,conductivity and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) method.Conclusions The article provides an important reference for research and development of encapsulated water-soluble,nucleic acid and protein drugs in the aqueous phase of the liposome.
