摘要(Abstract)：
本文应用反相高效液相色谱法和双波长薄层扫描法首次对小果唐松草中的白蓬西米定(thalicsimidine),氧化紫番荔枝碱(oxopurpureine)和海罂粟碱(glaucine)进行了含量测定,所测结果分别为0.18,0.04和0.09%.经假设检验可知两种测定方法无显著性异差。
The contents of thalicsimidine, glaucine, oxopurpureine in T. microgynum Lecoy. were determined by reversed-phase HPLC and double wavelength TLC scanning method. They were 0.18%, 0.04%, and 0.09% respectively. The results showed that the contents given by different methods were nearly the same.
