瘀血痹冲剂治疗类风湿性关节炎的药理研究

摘要(Abstract):

瘀血痹冲剂是中华全国中医学会内科学会推荐的主要用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药制剂 ,经药理学证明 ,该药能明显的抑制由弗氏完全佐剂所造成的大鼠关节肿胀作用 ,使肿胀率明显下降 ,抑制率明显升高 ,并能减轻大鼠耳部红斑 ,尾部结节出现的程度 ;在治疗实验中 ,亦能明显对抗由完全佐剂所造成的大鼠另一侧迟发型超敏反应性足垫肿胀 ;2 3天观察期间内 ,无论是治疗组还是预防组 ,未见到大鼠体重有明显变化 ;对大鼠胸腺、肾上腺、脾脏除大活络丹组胸腺脏器系数有明显降低外 ,对其它脏器系数各剂量组没有明显变化 ;瘀血痹冲剂可明显对抗由角叉菜胶引起的实验性足跖肿胀 ;大剂量的瘀血痹冲剂可提高动物的免疫功能 ,可明显的对抗由 2 ,4 二硝基氯苯所致小鼠耳廓皮肤迟发型超敏反应 ;亦可提高小鼠对印度墨汁的廓清指数。瘀血痹冲剂可明显的升高小鼠疼痛抑制百分率 ,明显对抗由醋酸引起的疼痛反应。
Yuxuebi Granules are mainly used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, the results indicated that Yuxuebi significantly inhibited arthritic edema, rat ear erythema and node occurrence caused by the adjuvant agent. In theraputic experiments, Yuxuebi could also significantly inhibit the contralateral paw edema; weight change was not observed in the theraputic group or prophylaxis group during 23 days; in all the groups the index of thymus, adernal gland and spleen indicated no obvious changes except that the thymus index was reduced in the Dahuoluodan group. Furthermore, the hind paw edema induced by carrageenan in rats was remarkably inhibited by Yuxuebi; the immunological function was improved by high dosage of Yuxuebi, ear edemata in mice were inhibited by Yuxuebi in delayed hypersensitivity induced by 2, 4 dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB); the value of clearing up India ink was increased by Yuxuebi. Finally, Yuxuebi markedly exerts an analgesic effect on the pain caused by acetic acid in mice, and the pain inhibition rate was also increased.
