摘要(Abstract):
目的研究中国南海红树植物卵叶海桑的化学成分。方法用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和核磁共振氢谱、碳谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:20S,24R-环氧达玛烷-3β,25-二醇(ocotillol,1)、熊果酸(2)、白桦脂醇(3)、羽扇豆醇(4)、1β-羟基羽扇豆醇(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、谷甾-4-烯-3-酮(7)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1、5、7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and elucidate the structures of the chemical constituents from China mangrove plant Sonneratia ovata.Methods The compounds were separated by silica gel,Sephadex LH20 chromatographies.The structures of isolated compounds were identified by analysis of their spectral data and physical chemical properties.Results Seven known compounds:ocotillol(1),ursolic acid(2),betulin(3),lupeol(4),1β-hydroxy-lupeol(5),β-sitosterol(6) and sitosterol-4-en-3-one(7) were isolated.Conclusions All compounds above are isolated from Sonneratia ovata for the first time.Compounds 1,5 and 7 are isolated from the Sonneratia for the first time.
