辽东楤木叶化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘要(Abstract):

目的对辽东楤木叶的化学成分进行研究。方法通过硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和制备HPLC等手段进行分离和纯化,利用理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从辽东楤木叶中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为glucocaulophyllogenin(1)、glycoside st-B(2)、silphioside E(3)、山萘酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、槲皮素(5)。结论化合物1为新天然产物,化合物2~4为首次从楤木属植物中分离得到,化合物5为首次从辽东楤木中分离得到。
Objective To study compounds of the leaves of Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem..Methods Chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography and preparative HPLC,chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural identification.Results Five compounds were obtained from the leaves of A.elata(Miq.)Seem.and they were elucidated as glucocaulophyllogenin(1),glycoside st-B(2),silphioside E(3),kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)and quercetin(5).Conclusions Compound 1 is a new natural product,compounds 2-4 are isolated from this genus for the first time and compound 5 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
