摘要(Abstract):
目的 研究我国医疗器械省域间创新关联网络结构及特征,为我国医疗器械领域高质量区域创新发展提供理论依据。方法 以2003~2018年30个省市的医疗器械发明专利授权数为样本,通过格兰杰因果检验分析医疗器械领域30个省市间可能积累的动态因果关系基础上,运用社会网络分析方法构建医疗器械区域创新关联网络模型,分析我国医疗器械区域创新关联网络结构和特征。结果 医疗器械区域创新关联网络整体密度为0.135 8,各子群密度差异性较大。第一子群密度明显高于第二、三、四子群,且第一子群聚集省市数量最多。子群间各省市创新关联分布不均匀,创新独立性较强,呈现出创新能力较强的省市创新关联相对紧密,创新效率也较高,但创新能力较弱的省市在区域创新关联网络中参与程度不高态势。子群间融合度虽不高,但子群间存在有效的沟通渠道,为我国医疗器械领域后续创新发展奠定了良好的基础。结论 医疗器械区域创新关联网络的发展首先要充分挖掘子群内部各省市医疗器械创新能力,保证子群内部创新关联网络稳步发展基础上,进一步扩大子群规模。其次充分借助中间人的联络作用,提升医疗器械区域创新关联网络各子群间的融合度,发挥创新能力较强省市的引领作用,带动医疗器械创新能力较弱区域发展,进而实现医疗器械区域创新关联网络的均衡发展。
Objective To analyze the structure and characteristics of the inter-provincial innovation in the field of medical devices, and to provide a theoretical basis for the high-quality development of regional innovation.Methods The numbers of patent granted for medical devices from 2003 to 2018 in 30 provinces was used as sample data.Based on Granger causality test, a correlation network of regional innovation in the field of medical devices was constructed.The structures and characteristics of the correlation network was analyzed.Results The overall density of the regional innovation correlation network was 0.135 8,and the density of each subgroup was quite different.The density of the first subgroup was much higher than that of the second, third and fourth subgroups, and the number of provinces in the first subgroup was the largest.The distribution of innovation linkages among the subgroups was uneven, showing that each province had strong independence of innovation.The provinces/cities with strong innovation ability were relatively close to each other.Besides, they had high innovation efficiency. Although the subgroups had poor integration, there were effective communication channels between subgroups, which laid a good foundation for the follow-up innovation of medical devices in China.Conclusion The development of regional innovation correlation network should fully tap the innovation ability of medical devices in each province within the sub-cluster firstly, which can guarantee the steady development of the inter-cluster innovation correlation network, and further expand the sub-cluster scale.Secondly, it should focus on improving the integration of the sub-groups of the medical device innovation correlation network through the liaison work of the brokerage.Meanwhile, the leading role of provinces and cities with stronger innovation capabilities should be given full play to promote the development of regions with weaker innovation capabilities in medical devices, which will realize the balanced development of regional innovation correlation network of medical devices.
