中药黄蜀葵花化学成分的分离与鉴定(Ⅰ)

摘要(Abstract):

目的研究中药黄蜀葵(Abelmoschus manihot(L.)Medic.)花的化学成分,为进一步开发利用该植物资源提供依据。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱、反相ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱以及高效液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质与波谱数据鉴定了化合物的结构。结果分离得到7个以杨梅素为母核的黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为杨梅素(myricetin,1)、杨梅素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(myricetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,2)、cannabiscitrin(3)、杨梅素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(myricetin-O-β-D-galactopyranoside,4)、杨梅素-3-O-芸香糖苷(myricetin-3-O-rutinose,5)、杨梅素-3-O-刺槐糖苷(myricetin-3-O-robinoside,6)、myricetin-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)。结论化合物4~7为秋葵属植物中首次分离得到。
Objective To continue the study of chemical constituents from the flowers of Abelmoschus manihot(L.)Medic.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography such as silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC,and identified by the chemical and physical methods,especially spectral data.Results Seven flavonoids which have myricetin skeleton were isolated.The structures of them were identified as myricetin(1),myricetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),cannabiscitrin(3),myricetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(4),myricetin-3-O-rutinose(5),myricetin-3-O-robinoside(6)and myricetin-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),respectively.Conclusion The compounds 47 are obtained from Abelmoschus genus for the first time.
