GC-MS法研究竹节参和深裂竹根七挥发性成分

摘要(Abstract):

目的比较竹节参与深裂竹根七的挥发性成分。方法分别超声提取竹节参和深裂竹根七,并对提取物用GC-MS联用仪进行测定,峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。结果从竹节参提取物中鉴定了11种组分,占总峰面积的94.2%;从深裂竹根七提取物中鉴定了9种组分,占总峰面积的78.8%。结论棕榈酸和亚麻酸为两种药材的共有成分,本研究为竹节参和深裂竹根七的综合开发提供了参考依据。
Objective To compare the volatile components between Panax japonicus and Disporopsis pernyi.Methods Ultrasonic extraction was used in this study.The extracts of Panax japonicus and Disporopsis pernyi were subjected to GC-MS analysis.Area normalization method was used to determine the relative content of each constituent.Results Eleven components were identified in the extract of Panax japonicus,representing 94.2% of the total volatile components;nine components were identified in the extract of Disporopsis pernyi,representing 78.8%of the total volatile components.Conclusions Palmitic acid,linolenic acid and their esters are common compounds in Panax japonicus and Disporopsis pernyi.It is helpful to provide reference data for Panax japonicus and Disporopsis pernyi′s comprehensive utilization.
