ICP-MS法检测四君子汤中10种金属元素
Analysis of ten metal elements in Sijunzi decoction by ICP-MS

摘要(Abstract):

目的考察不同批次四君子汤中铅(Pb)、汞(Hg)、铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、钴(Co)、硒(Se)和钼(Mo)等金属元素的含量,为其临床应用提供参考。方法采用湿法消解法消解样品,以115In元素为内标,用电感耦合等离子质谱法同时测定四君子汤冻干粉末中Pb、Hg、Cr、Cd、As、Ni、Cu、Co、Se和Mo等10种金属元素的含量。结果检测的10种元素线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.999 3,各元素的检出限在0.003~0.294μg·L-1内,回收率在95.8%~108.3%内,RSD≤6.6%,重复性和精密度的RSD值均≤5%。结论该方法适用于四君子汤的微量元素检测及重金属限量控制。
Objective To determine the content of the metal elements of Pb,Hg,Cr,Cd,As,Ni,Cu,Co,Se,and Mo in Sijunzi decoction. Methods The lyophilization products of Sijunzi decoction w ere dissolved w ith w et digesting. The matrix effect w as corrected by the in-line addition of internal standard115 In. ICP-MS w as applied to simultaneously determine the metal elements of Pb,Hg,Cr,Cd,As,Ni,Cu,Co,Se and Mo in Sijunzi decoction. Results All the metal elements had a good linear relationship( r ≥0. 999 3); The limit of detection w as range from 0. 003 to 0. 294 μg·L-1,and the average recovery rate was range from 95. 8% to108. 3% w ith a RSD less than 6. 6%; RSD values of the repeatability and precision w ere all less than 5%.Conclusions This method is simple and fast w ith good accuracy and high precision,and it can be used for the determination of metal elements in Sijunzi decoction to provide the reference for its quality control.
