川乌炮制废水特征污染物与常规指标的测定Study on analysis of characteristic pollutants and conventional pollutants in wastewater during processing of Aconiti Radix

摘要(Abstract):
目的 测定川乌炮制废水中污染物的成分与含量,为选择废水处理工艺提供理论依据。方法 参照《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版一部)进行川乌炮制,分别收集浸泡和煮制两个阶段的废水。根据国家污水排放标准规定的检测项目,测定废水中总有机碳、化学需氧量、总氮、氨氮、总磷和pH值等常规指标;建立高效液相色谱法同时测定废水中六种生物碱类物质(特征污染物)的分析方法,并测定其含量。结果 浸泡废水中总有机碳、化学需氧量、总氮、氨氮、总磷的质量浓度分别为(868±114)mg·L~(-1)、(2 376±601)mg·L~(-1)、(67.25±17.33)mg·L~(-1)、(64.42±18.70)mg·L~(-1)、(16.53±4.40)mg·L~(-1),pH值为5左右,六种生物碱类物质的含量均不高于(7.08±1.44)mg·L~(-1);煮制废水中各指标对应的质量浓度分别为(5 418±824)mg·L~(-1)、(15 316±4 434)mg·L~(-1)、(292.36±87.50)mg·L~(-1)、(153.01±100.21)mg·L~(-1)、(52.49±14.79)mg·L~(-1),pH值为5左右,六种生物碱类物质的含量均不高于(29.94±4.95)mg·L~(-1)。结论 两阶段炮制废水中主要污染物的成分相似但含量差异明显,建议分类处理以提质增效。
Objective To determine the contents of characteristic compounds of wastewater from Aconiti Radix processing and provide data for wastewater treatment process selection.Methods Aconiti Radix was processed according to the “Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China”(2020 edition),and the wastewater was collected from the stages of soaking and boiling, respectively.The composition of wastewater was determined as total organic carbon(TOC),chemical oxygen demand(COD),total nitrogen(TN),ammonia nitrogen(NH_3-N),total phosphorus(TP),and pH according to standard method.An analytical method was established for determining the concentrations of six toxic alkaloids in the wastewater by the HPLC.Results The concentrations of TOC,COD,TN,NH3-N,and TP in the soaking wastewater were measured to be(868±114)mg·L~(-1),(2 376±601)mg·L~(-1),(67.25±17.33)mg·L~(-1),(64.42±18.70)mg·L~(-1),and(16.53±4.40)mg·L~(-1) with the pH value of 5,and the concentrations of six toxic alkaloids were all less than(7.08±1.44)mg·L~(-1).The concentrations of TOC,COD,TN,NH3-N,and TP in the boiling wastewater were measured to be(5 418±824)mg·L~(-1),(15 316±4 434)mg·L~(-1),(292.36±87.50)mg·L~(-1),(153.01±100.21)mg·L~(-1),and(52.49±14.79)mg·L~(-1) with the pH value of 5,and the concentrations of six toxic alkaloids were all less than(29.94±4.95)mg·L~(-1).Conclusion The study displays the main pollutants of wastewater collected from the two stages in Aconiti Radix processing, and the compositions of wastewater from the two stages are similar but the contents are significantly different.Classification is recommended to improve the quality and efficiency of wastewater treatment.
