摘要(Abstract):
目的研究淡竹叶 (LophatherumgracileBrongn .)的化学成分。方法色谱方法分离化学成分 ,波谱技术及理化常数鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定了 4个化合物 ,牡荆素 ( 1 )、胸腺嘧啶 ( 2 )、香草酸( 3)和腺嘌呤 ( 4 )。结论均为首次从该属植物中分离得到
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Lophatherum gracile Brongn.Methods Separation by the chromatographic methods, identification by spectral analysis and physico-chemical constants.Results The four compounds, vitexin (1), thymine (2), vanillic acid (3), adenine (4) were isolated.Conclusions All the compounds were obtained from this genus for the first time.
