长白红景天内生真菌Fusariums sp.HJT-P-5次级代谢产物研究Studies on the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungus Fusariums sp. HJT-P-5

摘要(Abstract):
目的研究长白红景天植物内生真菌Fusarium sp. HJT-P-5次级代谢产物,以期得到结构新颖的先导化合物。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱和高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果内生真菌Fusarium sp. HJT-P-5次级代谢产物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:Fusarnaphthoquinone A(Ⅰ),5-ydroxydihydrofusarubin A(Ⅱ),5-hydroxydihydrofusarubin C(Ⅲ),4a,10a-dihydrofusarubine(Ⅳ),3-acetoxy-4-deoxybostrycin(Ⅴ),Javanicin(Ⅵ),Fusarnaphthoquinone B(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅶ均为首次从红景天内生微生物中分离得到。
Objective To study the secondary metabolites from the fungi Fusarium sp. HJT-P-5 in the plant Rhodiola angusta Nakai,in order to obtain lead compounds. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel,ODS reverse phase column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). The structures of the compounds were identified by physic-chemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results Seven compounds were isolated from Fusarium sp. HJT-P-5 secondary metabolites,which were identified as fusarnaphthoquinone A( Ⅰ),5-hydroxydihydrofusarubin A( Ⅱ),5-hydroxydihydrofusarubin C( Ⅲ),4 a,10 a-dihydrofusarubine( Ⅳ),3-acetoxy-4-deoxybostrycin( Ⅴ),javanicin( Ⅵ),and fusarnaphthoquinoneB( Ⅶ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅶ were isolated from the Rhodiola endophytic fungi for the first time.
