摘要(Abstract)：

大鼠灌服盘根接骨粉 0 5、1 0、2 0g/kg可明显促进断端骨愈合 ,促进骨痂形成 ,抗折力增强 ,其作用与麝香接骨胶囊粉相当。与对照组比较 ,中、高剂量组差异显著 (P <0 0 5或 0 0 1)。X光摄影显示 ,盘根接骨粉组骨愈合速度较快 ,愈合分值明显高于麝香接骨胶囊粉组。骨组织学检查可见新生骨小梁及骨样组织形成较早 ,且明显多于对照组。小鼠、大鼠灌服 1 0、2 0g/kg的盘根接骨粉对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀和卡拉胶致大鼠足肿胀有明显抑制作用。本药尚有一定的镇痛作用
This paper was designed to study the effect of promoting union of Pan Gen Jie Gu Powder(PGJG), anti inflammation and analgesic effects.The result showed that PGJG 0 5,1 0,2 0g/kg administered intragastrically promoted significantly union and porosis ,enhanced anti fracture strength in rats,and the effect corresponded to positive control group and was obviously statistical significance( P <0 05,or 0 01) in middle or high dose group compared with NS group respectively. It was also found that the time of union was shortened and the score of PGJG group was higher than that of positive control group by the X ray film and new bone trabeculation and osteoid tissue were formed markedly earlier and more than that of NS group with bone histologic xamination.Inflammation was obviously inhibited on the ears of mice swelling reduced by dimethylbenzene and rat′s paw edema reduced by carrageenan with PGJG 1 0, 2 0g/kg administered intragastically.In addition, analgesic effect was shown weakly.
