摘要(Abstract):
考察了低分子肝素溶液在不同 pH、不同温度下的水解动力学。低分子肝素在酸性条件下不稳定 ,在pH 7~ 8稳定 ;温度升高不稳定 ,求得水解活化能Ea 为 5 5 782kJ/mol,预测其在 4℃贮存有效期t0 9为 2 6 9年
The hydrolytic kinetics of LMWH solution was studied at different pH and temperatures.Under the condition of acid,LMWH was not stable.At the pH of 7~8,it was stable.With the increase of temperature,the stability decreased.The hydrolytic active energy was 55 782 kJ/mol.It was evaluated that the term of validity was 2 69 years at 4℃.
