摘要(Abstract):
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定苦地丁及其中药制剂感冒清热颗粒中紫堇灵的含量。色谱柱为APEX -ODS柱 ;流动相为甲醇 1 5mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液 pH 6 70 ( 70∶30 ) ;流速为0 8mL/min ;检测波长为 2 89nm ;采用外标两点法进行定量。在紫堇灵为 6 9~ 1 1 0 4 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好 ,相关系数r=0 9999。方法精密度RSD分别为 1 5 %和 0 8% ,回收率为 97 3%和 97 5 %。方法适用于不同产地苦地丁及 3种不同剂型感冒清热颗粒中的紫堇灵含量。
A reversed phase HPLC method was described for determination of the content of corynoline in Corydalis bungeana Turcz and Ganmao Qingre Granules. The samples were separated on an ODS column with the mobile phase of methanol 15 mmol/L pH 6 70 phosphate buffer (70∶30). The flow rate was 0 8 mL/min , and the detection was set at 289 nm . The calibration curve was linear in the range of 6 9~ 110 4 μg/mL corynoline ( r =0 999 9 ). The RSD was 1 4% and 0 80%,and the average recovery was 97 3% and 97 5% for Corydalis bungeana Turcz and Ganmao Qingre Granules respectively. The method is suitable for the determination of the content of corynoline in compound preparations containing Corydalis bungeana Turcz.
