摘要(Abstract)：
目的对十字花科菘蓝属植物板蓝根 (IsatisindigoticaFort.)的提取物的化学成分进行了化学鉴定。方法色谱技术进行分离 ,MS、NMR和IR光谱解析及与对照品比较鉴定化合物。结果从 80 %乙醇洗脱部分、氯仿萃取部分、正丁醇萃取部分中共分离得到 6个化合物 ,根据理化性质和谱学分析鉴定为 ( + ) 异落叶松树脂醇 ( ( + ) isolariciresinol,Ⅰ )、5 羟甲基糠醛 ( 5 hydroxymethyl furaldehyde,Ⅱ )、5 羟甲基糠酸 ( 5 hydroxymethyl furoicacid ,Ⅲ )、正丁基 β D 吡喃型果糖 (n butyl β D fructopyronoside,Ⅳ )、表告依春 (epigoitrin ,Ⅴ )、蔗糖 (sucrose,Ⅵ )。 结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从菘蓝属中分离得到的已知化合物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents on the extract of Isatis indigotica Fort. Method The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography and identified by spectral data. Result The compounds obtained were identified as (+) isolariciresinol (Ⅰ), 5 hydroxymethyl furaldehyde (Ⅱ), 5 hydroxymethyl furoic acid (Ⅲ), n butyl β D fructopyronoside (Ⅳ), epigoitrin (Ⅴ) and sucrose (Ⅵ). Conclusion Among them, Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were isolated from this genus for the first time.
