蒙药肋柱花化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘要(Abstract):

目的研究肋柱花(Lomatogonium rotatum(L.)Fries ex Nym.)的化学成分。方法用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及光谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为1,8-二羟基-3,4,5-三甲氧基呫吨酮(1,8-dihydroxy-3,4,5-trimethoxyxanthone,1)、1-羟基-3,7,8-三甲氧基呫吨酮(1-hydroxy-3,7,8-trimethoxyxanthone,2)、8-羟基-1,3,5-三甲氧基呫吨酮(8-hydroxy-1,3,5-trimethoxyxanthone,3)、1-羟基-3,5,8-三甲氧基呫吨酮(1-hydroxy-3,5,8-trimethoxyxanthone,4)、红白金内酯(erythrocentaurin,5)、木犀草素(luteolin,6)、芹菜素(apigenin,7)、5,7,3′,4′,5′-五羟基黄酮(5,7,3′,4′,5′-pentahydroxyflaveone,8)、槲皮素(quercetin,9)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,10)。结论化合物1~4、8、9为首次从肋柱花属中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Lomatogonium rotatum Fries ex Nym.Methods The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography.The structures of the compounds isolated were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis.Results Ten compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 1,8-dihydroxy-3,4,5-trimethoxyxanthone(1),1-hydroxy-3,7,8-trimethoxyxanthone(2),8-hydroxy-1,3,5-trimethoxyxanthone(3),1-hydroxy-3,5,8-trimethoxyxanthone(4),erythrocentaurin(5),luteolin(6),apigenin(7),5,7,3′,4′,5′-pentadroxyflaveone(8),quercetin(9),oleanolic acid(10).Conclusion Compounds 148 and 9 are obtained from Lomatogonium firstly.
