反相高效液相色谱法测定党参中苍术内酯Ⅲ含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立一种用反相高效液相色谱法测定党参中苍术内酯Ⅲ含量的方法。方法采用Kro masilC18(2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ,5 μm)色谱柱 ,甲醇 水 (60∶40 ,V∶V)为流动相 ,以尼莫地平为内标 ,检测波长 2 2 0nm。结果线性范围为 0 5~ 1 0 0mg/L ,三水平的平均回收率 (% )分别为 82 1、85 4和88 4,RSD(% )分别为 2 9、1 3和 2 7。结论本法简便 ,准确 ,可作为党参药材的质量控制方法。
Objective To develop a reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of the content of atractylenoide Ⅲ,which was known as the active constituent of Codonopsis pilosula . Methods The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (60∶40, V∶V ) and the nimodipine was used as the internal standard. The detector was operated at 220 nm. Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0 5~10 0 mg/L. The recoveries (%) were 82 1,85 4 and 88 4. The RSD were 2 88,1 31 and 2 67, respectively. Conclusions The method has good accuracy and repeatability and it can be used for the quality control of Codonopsis pilosula .
