摘要(Abstract):
目的对桃儿七的95%(φ)乙醇提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法利用反复硅胶、SephadexLH-20、开放ODS柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化;根据理化性质及波谱分析对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到8个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为山柰酚(kaempferol,1)、槲皮素(querce-tin,2)、杨梅素-3',4'-二甲醚(myricetin-3',4'-dimethyl ether,3)、3-O-甲基-槲皮素(3-O-methyl-quercetin,4)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,5)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,6)、芦丁(rutin,7)、山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(kaempfer-ol-3-O-rutinoside,8)。结论化合物3、4、8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the 95%(φ) EtOH extract of the roots and rhizomes of Sinopodophyllum emodi.Methods Compounds were isolated by various kinds of column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS,and their structures were elucidated by the physico-chemical characters and the spectral analysis.Results Eight flavonoids were obtained and identified as kaempferol(1),quercetin(2),myricetin-3′,4′-dimethyl ether(3),3-O-methyl-quercetin(4),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),rutin(7),and kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside(8),respectively.Conclusions Compounds 3,4 and 8 are isolated from Sinopodophyllum genus for the first time.
