摘要(Abstract)：

用超声波法制备了胆固醇半琥珀酸酯囊泡 (简称囊泡 ) ,光学显微镜表明其具有明显的双分子层结构。以自制的聚乙二醇单甲醚胆固醇琥珀酸酯衍生物对囊泡进行包衣 ,比较了包衣前后Ca2 +对囊泡的聚集 ,证明PEG层有明显抑制Ca2 +的聚集作用
Cholesteryl succinate vesicles (CHSV), with an obvious bilayer structure under a light microscope, were prepared by sonication. Aggregation Ca 2+ induced of CHSV coated with PEGCHS (methoxypolyethylene glycol (2000) cholesteryl succinate) was greatly obstructed when compared with the non coated CHSV.
