高效液相色谱法测定盐酸雷洛昔芬含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸雷洛昔芬的含量。方法采用ODS柱 ,流动相为乙腈 0 0 1mol/L十二烷基硫酸钠溶液 (体积比 5 5∶4 5 ,冰醋酸调节 pH值至 4 0 ) ,在波长2 86nm检测。结果测定了盐酸雷洛昔芬的含量 ,平均含量为 99 9% (RSD =0 4 6 % ,n =3)。样品进样量在0 5~ 2 5 μg内 ,与峰面积具有良好的线性关系 ,线性回归方程为 :A =-0 31 + 2 0 3 0 3·W ,r =0 9997。结论本测定方法灵敏、准确 ,重现性好 ,适用于盐酸雷洛昔芬及其制剂的常规分析。
Objective To develop a reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method to determine the content of raloxifene hydrochloride. Method The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile 0 01 mol/L sodium dodecyl sulfate (55∶45,adjusted to pH4 0 using glacial acetic acid ) and the UV absorbance was monitored at 286 nm . Result The average content was 99 9% with RSD=0 46%. Conclusion This assay demonstrated that the method had adequate sensitivity and selectivity to measure the concentrations of raloxifene hydrochloride and could be used in the quality control of raloxifene hydrochloride.
