仙鹤草的酚类化学成分

摘要(Abstract):

目的对仙鹤草(Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb.)的化学成分进行研究。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、高效液相色谱、制备薄层色谱等各种色谱手段对化学成分进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质和波谱数据分析对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从仙鹤草乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到8个酚类化合物,分别鉴定为pilosanol C(1)、去氢双儿茶素A(dehydrodicatechin A,2)、(+)-儿茶素[(+)-catechin,3]、(2S,3S)-(-)-花旗松素[(2S,3S)-(-)-taxifolin,4]、异香草酸(isovanillic acid,5)、反式对香豆酸(trans-p-coumaric acid,6)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,7)、原儿茶醛(protocatechuic aldehyde,8)。结论化合物2、5-8均为首次从龙牙草属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb.Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,polyamide column chromatography and HPLC,their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analyses.Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as:pilosanol C(1),dehydrodicatechin A(2),(+)-catechin(3),(2S,3S)-(-)-taxifolin(4),isovanillic acid(5),trans-p-coumaric acid(6),protocatechuic acid(7),protocatechuic aldehyde(8).Conclusions Compounds 2,58 are isolated from Agrimonia genus for the first time.
