辽细辛地下部分化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘要(Abstract):

目的对辽细辛地下部分进行化学成分研究。方法采用反复硅胶色谱法分离纯化,通过理化性质和NMR谱学数据鉴定其化学结构。结果从辽细辛地下部分分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为卡枯醇(kakuol,1)、2-甲氧基-4,5-亚甲二氧基苯丙酮(2-methoxy-4,5-methylene-dioxypropi-ophenone,2)、(-)-芝麻脂素((-)-sesamin,3)、(-)-细辛脂素((-)-asarinin,4)、pluviatilol(5)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-hydroxymethylfurfural,6)、正丁基-吡喃果糖苷(n-butylfructopyranoside,7)。结论化合物6、7为首次从细辛属中分离得到,化合物2、5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the root of Asarum heterotropides Fr Schmidt.var.mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kitag.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column and identified on the physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis.Results Seven compounds were obtained and identified as kakuol(1),2-methoxy-4,5-methylene-dioxypropiophenone(2),(-)-sesamin(3),(-)-asarinin(4),pluviatilol(5),5-hydroxymethylfurfural(6),n-butylfructopyranoside(7).Conclusions Compounds 6 and 7 are firstly isolated from Asarum.Compounds 2 and 5 are isolated from Asarum heterotropides Fr Schmidt.var.mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kitag.for the first time.
