摘要(Abstract):
目的建立适用于纳米铁包合物中铁及右旋糖酐含量测定的方法。方法采用邻二氮菲法及蒽酮法分别测定铁及右旋糖酐含量。结果纳米铁包合物中铁及右旋糖酐的回收率分别为 99 4 %和 10 0 7% ,RSD分别为 1 3%和 2 0 % ,包封比为 0 8∶1。结论方法简便、快捷灵敏 ,适用于测定纳米铁组分含量。
Objective To establish an optimal method to determine the contents of Fe and dextran in the nanometer iron compound.Method The contents of Fe and dextran were determined respectively by o-phenanthroline and anthrone methods.Results The average recoveries of Fe and dextran were 99.4% and 100.7% respectively and RSD were 1.3% and 2.0%,the entrapment rate was 0.8∶1.Conclusion This method possesses facility,rapidness and accuracy,so it can be used to determine the contents of Fe and dextran in the nanometer iron compound.
