13种中草药对从头皮屑中分离纯化的限制性马拉色菌体外抑菌作用Inhibition effects of thirteen kinds of Chinese herbal medicine on the Malassezia. restricta separated and purified from dandruff in vitro

摘要(Abstract):
目的测定13种中草药对头皮屑中分离纯化所得限制性马拉色菌的体外最低抑菌浓度。方法从健康个体和脂溢性皮炎个体采集头皮屑,经镜检和生理生化试验分离纯化鉴定得马拉色菌,参照美国临床实验室标准委员会(National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards,NCCLS)制订的相关标准,以液基微量稀释法测定13种中草药体外对限制性马拉色菌生长的抑制作用。结果分离纯化得到35株马拉色菌,分别为3株球形马拉色菌、3株厚皮马拉色菌、2株斯洛菲马拉色菌、2株钝形马拉色菌和25株限制性马拉色菌。最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC):白鲜皮(5 000.0~10 000.0 mg.L-1)、高良姜(≥10 000.0 mg.L-1)、黄连(312.5~1 250.0 mg.L-1)、五味子(2 500.0~10 000.0 mg.L-1)、肉桂(2 500.0~10 000.0 mg.L-1)、乌梅(1 250.0~10 000.0 mg.L-1)、大黄(625.0~5 000.0 mg.L-1)、鱼腥草(312.5~2 500.0 mg.L-1)、姜半夏(1 250.0~10 000.0 mg.L-1)、公英(312.5~5 000.0 mg.L-1)、百参(5 000.0~10 000.0 mg.L-1)、地丁(2 500.0~10 000.0 mg.L-1)、桑叶(5 000.0~10 000.0 mg.L-1)。结论黄连、乌梅、大黄、鱼腥草、姜半夏、公英有相当强的抑制限制性马拉色菌能力,为临床用药提供了重要参考。
Objective To measure the MIC of 13 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine to Malassezia restricta separated and purified from dandruff in vitro.Methods The dandruff was collected from healthy individuals and patients with seborrheic dermatitis.The microscope and physiological and biochemical identification experiment were used to isolate and identify Malassezia.The inhibition effect of 13 kinds of Chinese herb in different concentrations on the growth of M.restricta in vitro was measured through the microdilution method from the relevant standard formulated by NCCLS(National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards).Results Thirty-five strains of Malassezia were obtained,which were 3 strains of M.gobosa,3 strains of M.pachydermatis,2 strains of M.slooffiae,2 strains of M.obtusa and 25 strains of M.restricta.MIC for M.restricta:Cortex Dictamni(5 000.0-10 000.0 mg·L-1),Rhizome Alpiniae Officinarum(≥10 000.0 mg·L-1),Rhizome Coptidis(312.5-1 250.0 mg·L-1),Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis(2 500.0-10 000.0 mg·L-1),Cortex Cinnamomi(2 500.0-10 000.0 mg·L-1),Fructus Mume(1 250.0-10 000.0 mg·L-1),Radix et Rhizoma Rhei(625.0-5 000.0 mg·L-1),Herba Houttuyniae(312.5-2 500.0 mg·L-1),Ginger Pinellia(1 250.0-10 000.0 mg·L-1),Dandelion(312.5-5 000.0 mg·L-1),Baishen(5 000.010 000.0 mg·L-1),Violet(2 500.010 000.0 mg·L-1),Folium Mori(5 000.010 000.0 mg·L-1).Conclusions M.restricta is strongly inhibited by Rhizome Coptidis,Fructus Mume,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Herba Houttuyniae,Ginger Pinellia and Dandelion.A very important reference for clinical medicine using is provided by this result.
