摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立用气相色谱法测定脂苏软胶囊中α 亚麻酸含量的方法。方法采用 3 %OV 2 2 5色谱柱 ,柱温 1 85℃ ,检测器为氢焰检测器。结果线性范围为 1 0 1～ 8 1 0 μg(r=0 9992 )。脂苏软胶囊中α 亚麻酸含量为 62 2 8% ,加样回收率为 96 7% ,RSD为 1 6%。结论本法操作简便 ,准确 ,可作为紫苏子药材及脂苏软胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective To develop a gas chromatographic method for the determination of the content of α linolenic acid in the Zhisu Soft Capsules. Methods A column packed with 3% OV 225 was used and the temperature of the column was 185℃. The FID was used as a detector. Results The linear range was 1 01～ 8 10 μg( r = 0 999 2 ). The average recovery was 96 7%, and the RSD was 1 6%. Conclusions The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality assessment of the seeds of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt. and its preparations.
