摘要(Abstract):
气相-离子迁移谱(gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry, GC-IMS)是将气相色谱与离子迁移谱联用,是用于检测分析痕量挥发性物质的一项新兴技术。在简单介绍GC-IMS原理的基础上,着重介绍了GC-IMS在食品和中药的真伪鉴别、加工过程以及储存过程方面的应用,并对该技术未来的发展趋势做出了展望。
Gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry(GC-IMS)is an emerging technique combining gas chromatography with ion mobility spectrometry, which can be used to detect and analyze trace volatile substances.On the basis of brief introduction of GC-IMS principle, we put emphasis on the applications of GC-IMS in the identification, processing and storage of food and traditional Chinese medicine.Finally, the development trend of this technology in the future is prospected.
