药用红景天的品种整理及生药学鉴别研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的 从标准收载、性状、横切面和粉末显微特征入手对5种常见药用红景天进行比较研究。方法 归纳整理5种红景天的药用标准收载情况;采用性状鉴别法、显微鉴别法(使用生物显微镜、偏光显微镜和荧光显微镜三者结合的方法)对5种红景天进行比较研究。结果 除大花红景天收载于现行《中华人民共和国药典》外,其余四种红景天均收载于地方标准;不同种的红景天性状相似易混淆但存在差异,大花红景天和唐古红景天均具有黄色膜质表皮(唐古红景天黄色膜质表皮为多层);横切面组织构造基本相同,但维管束形式各不相同:大花红景天、狭叶红景天和高山红景天均具有1轮维管束,唐古红景天和长鞭红景天具有2轮维管束,各品种根茎髓部维管束形态各异;粉末特征也有不同:大花红景天、长鞭红景天和高山红景天的薄壁细胞中含大量草酸钙方晶,大花红景天淀粉粒较少且单个散在,其余四种红景天淀粉粒较多且聚集成团。结论 性状、横切面和粉末显微特征为鉴别5种常见药用红景天提供了参考依据。
Objective Five kinds of Rhodiola were compared based on standard collection and microscopic characteristics for transverse section and powder.Methods The medical standard of 5 kinds of Rhodiola was summarized; 5 kinds of medicinal Rhodiola were studied by the method of character identification and microscopic identification(A combination of biological microscope, polarizing microscope and fluorescence microscope).Results The other four species of Rhodiola are all included in local standards except Rhodiola crenulata,which is listed in Chinese pharmacopoeia; The traits of different species of Rhodiola are similar and confusing, but there are differences: Rhodiola crenulata and Rhodiola tangutica have yellow membranous epidermis(yellow membranous epidermis of Rhodiola tangutica is multi-layered);The structure of the cross section is basically the same, but the vascular bundles are different: Rhodiola crenulata,Rhodiola kirilowii and Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor.have one round of vascular bundles, Rhodiola tangutica and Rhodiola fastigiata have two rounds of vascular bundles, the vascular bundle in pith of rhizome was different in different varieties; The powder characteristics of each variety are also different: The parenchyma cells of Rhodiola crenulata,Rhodiola fastigiata and Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor.contain a large amount of calcium oxalate square crystals, starch grains of Rhodiola crenulata were few and scattered singly, while starch grains of the other four Rhodiola macrophylla species were more and clustered.Conclusion The character identification, transverse section and powder microscopic characteristics provided reference for the identification of 5 common rhodiola.
