摘要(Abstract):
Objective In recent decades,muscle-type nicotinic acetylcholine receptors(n AChRs) are explored as the research target of neurophysiology,pharmacology,drug design and related diseases research.For example,rhabdomyosarcoma,a pediatric soft-tissue cancer,muscle tissue associated with various neurogenic and myogenic disorders are all related to the pathological expression of muscle-type n AChRs.Therefore,searching the specific probes to target muscle type n AChRs is crucial for the study on the structure,function and the pathogenesis of the muscle-type n AChRs.and also important for the discovery of drug to treat n AChRs related diseases.Methods This paper has reviewed research progress of biological toxins targeting muscle-type n AChRs in recent years.Results and Conclusions In nature,there are many biotoxins with pontential action on muscle-type n AChRs,and they can play an important role in studying the structure and functions of muscle-type n AChRs,as well as the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases
