柿蒂化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘要(Abstract):

目的对柿蒂的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法利用反复硅胶柱色谱对柿蒂中的化学成分进行分离纯化,利用理化性质和MS1、H-NMR1、3C-NMR、HMQC及HMBC等光谱学分析方法进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为24-羟基齐墩果酸(24-hydroxyloleanolic acid,1)、19α,24-二羟基乌苏酸(19,α24-dihydroxy ursolic acid,2)、白桦酸(betulinic acid,3)和barbinervicacid(4)。结论以上4个化合物均为首次从柿蒂中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Calyx Kaki.Methods The constituents of Calyx Kaki were separated by silica gel column chromatography.Structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical evidences and spectroscopic data analysis(MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,HMQC,HMBC).Results Four compounds were isolated from the calyx of Diospyros kaki(Thunb.)and identified as 24-hydroxyloleanolic acid(1),19α,24-dihydroxy ursolic acid(2),betulinic acid(3) and barbinervic acid(4).Conclusions Compounds 1,2,3 and 4 are isolated from Calyx Kaki for the first time.
