电离辐射脑损伤机制及其治疗药物研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

电离辐射脑损伤可导致认知功能障碍、神经功能障碍、脑萎缩、脑坏死等严重后果,其损伤机制可能与神经细胞及血脑屏障损伤、氧化应激、炎性反应有关。目前尚无特异性针对电离辐射脑损伤的治疗药物上市。潜在治疗药物包括抗水肿药物、抗氧化药物、抗炎药物、激素类药物、神经营养剂等。其中中药有效成分及单体由于其多靶点、多通路的作用模式受到广泛关注。本综述概括了电离辐射脑损伤机制和主要治疗药物,希望为电离辐射脑损伤的有效防护提供更多的选择。
Ionizing radiation brain injury can lead to cognitive dysfunction, neurological dysfunction, brain atrophy, brain necrosis and other serious consequences.The injury mechanism may be related to nerve cell and blood-brain barrier injury, oxidative stress and inflammatory response.No drugs specifically targeting ionizing radiation brain damage are currently available.Potential therapeutic drugs include antiedematous drugs, antioxidant drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs, hormone drugs, and neurotrophic agents, etc.Among them, the effective components and monomers of traditional Chinese medicine have received widespread attention due to their multi-target and multi-path modes of action.This review summarizes the mechanism and main therapeutic drugs of brain injury caused by ionizing radiation, hoping to provide more options for effective protection of ionizing radiation brain injury.
