复方5—氟脲嘧啶静脉注射用乳剂体内分布及药物动力学研究

摘要(Abstract):

复方静脉乳剂静脉注射后,在家兔体内药物动力学特征呈现为双隔室开放模型,α=0.343分(-1),t_1/2α=2分,β=0.0672分(-1),t_1/2α=2分,β=0.0672分(-1),t_1/2β=10.3分。小白鼠静注后,在小肠、直肠、脾、胃组织中维持较长时间,2小时后仍有可测得的浓度。
After intravenous administration of 5-fluorouracil composite emulsion in rabbits, 5-fluorouracil confers the pharmacokinetic characteristics of a two-compartment model on body. α=0.343min(-1),t_1/2β=10.3分。小白鼠静注后,在小肠、直肠、脾、胃组织中维持较长时间,2小时后仍有可测得的浓度。
After intravenous administration of 5-fluorouracil composite emulsion in rabbits, 5-fluorouracil confers the pharmacokinetic characteristics of a two-compartment model on body. α=0.343min(-1), t_(1/2α)=2min, β=0.0672min(-1), t_(1/2α)=2min, β=0.0672min(-1), t_(1/2β)=10.3min. After intravenous administration in mice, the tissue distribution of 5-fluorouracil shows that it maintains a longer period in small intestine,straight intestine,spleen, stomach, and still has a determinable level after 2 hours.
