摘要(Abstract)：
目的介绍了神经酰胺的抗肿瘤特性及其作为肿瘤抑制剂的原理及应用前景。方法通过查阅大量国内外有关神经酰胺的抗肿瘤特性方面的文献 ,对神经酰胺的信号传导、神经酰胺作为肿瘤抑制剂的实用性等进行综述。结果与结论神经酰胺可作为一种肿瘤抑制剂。提高内源性神经酰胺 ,并将其作为一种抗肿瘤疗法而应用是极富前景的。
Objective To introduce the antitumor properties of ceramide and discuss the rationale and prospect of ceramide as a tumonr suppressor molecule.Method To summarize the signals of the ceramide,the utility as a tumor suppressor molecule by consulting many internal and external documents on the antitumor properties of ceramide is reviewed.Results and Conclusions Using ceramide as a tumor suppressor agent,it appears to be very promising in utilizing approaches to elevate endogenous ceramide as an antitumor therapy.
