摘要(Abstract)：

利用三氮唑核苷的水溶液与 3 ,5 二羟基甲苯在水浴中加热 ,溶液由黄色变成绿色 ,在6 6 5nm处有最大吸收进行比色测定 ,回收率为 99 4% ,RSD为 0 41%
The present paper introduces that 3,5 dihydroxy methylbenzene could be determined in water bath at 665nm of max absorbency and the color of the solution turned from yellow to green on heating.The recovery was 99 4% and RSD was 0 41%.
