沙生蜡菊花降脂活性部位的化学成分

摘要(Abstract):

目的研究沙生蜡菊花降脂活性部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS、制备HPLC等多种色谱方法分离纯化,依据理化性质、波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果从沙生蜡菊花的降脂活性部位中分离得到了6个化合物,并分别鉴定为1个香豆素类化合物:东莨菪苷(scopolin,1),2个木脂素类化合物:tortoside B(2)(,7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),2个查耳酮类化合物:chalonaringenin-2'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),chalonaringenin-2',4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5)1,个橙酮类化合物:金鱼草素6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(aureusidin-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,6)。结论化合物1-6均为从蜡菊属中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the fraction of lipid-lowering of Helichrysi arenarii Flos. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by various methods of isolation(silica gel,ODS and HPLC column chromatography)and their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data and chemical properties. Results Six compounds were identified as scopolin( 1),tortoside B( 2),(7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 3),chalonaringenin-2′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 4),chalonaringenin-2′,4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 5),and aureusidin-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 6). Conclusions Compounds 16 were obtained from Helichrysum Mill.for the first time.
