双黄岑素氧钒配合物的抗氧化性和抑菌活性

摘要(Abstract):

目的考察黄岑素氧钒配合物在体外是否有抗氧化性和抑菌活性。方法采用邻苯三酚法和DPPH(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical)法测定黄岑素配体和黄岑素氧钒配合物对超氧基自由基(O_2~-·)和DPPH自由基的清除能力;采用生长速率法测定了黄岑素和黄岑素氧钒配合物对于大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性。结果黄岑素和双黄岑素氧钒配合物对超氧基自由基(O_2~-·)和DPPH自由基均具有较强的抗氧化性,双黄岑素氧钒配合物在体内吸收以后会进行缓慢的分解和取代,因为不论是以分子形态的双黄岑素氧钒配合物或者分解以后产生的黄岑素均能改善机体的氧化应激水平。且双黄岑素氧钒配合物对于大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有较好的体外抑菌活性。结论制备的双黄岑素氧钒配合物具有较强的抗氧化活性,可以在体内改善机体的氧化应激水平,进而抑制2型糖尿病的进展和由于长期口服钒化合物引起的氧化应激水平过高。
Objective To study antioxidant activity and bacteriostatic activity of bis-( baicalein) oxovanadium for further exploring the hypoglycemic mechanism and side effects. Methods The scavenging activities of baicalein and bis-( baicalein) oxo-vanadium complex to superoxide free radical( O-2·) and DPPH were determined with pyrogallic acid self-oxidizing method and DPPH method. The antibacterial activities of baicalein and bis-( baicalein) oxo-vanadium complex to escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus were determined by growth rate method. Results Baicalein and bis-( baicalein) oxo-vanadium complex both have strong antioxidant activity to superoxide free radical( O-2·) and DPPH. Bis-( baicalein) oxo-vanadium will decompose slowly and substitute by biological molecules,because bis-( baicalein) oxo-vanadium or baicalein can both improve oxidative stress level in vivo. In addition,Bis-( baicalein) oxo-vanadium has excellent antibacterial activity in vitro. Conclusion Bis-( baicalein) oxo-vanadium have strong antioxidant activity,can improve the oxidative stress levels in the body,thereby inhibiting the progress of type 2 diabetes and the excessively high level of oxidative stress caused by long-term oral administration of vanadium compounds.
