摘要(Abstract)：

采用结扎冠状动脉方法 ,造成犬急性心肌缺血模型 ,以观察冠心苏合软胶囊抗心肌缺血的作用。结果表明 ,该药可明显减轻结扎冠状动脉造成的犬心肌缺血程度 ,减小缺血范围 ,显著降低犬结扎冠状动脉后血清中乳酸脱氢酶LDH、谷草转氨酶AST、肌酸磷酸激酶CK活性 ,表明该药有较好的抗心肌缺血的作用
The effects of Guanxinsuhe soft capsules on the acute myocardial ischemia caused by ligating coronary artery were studied in dogs. The results showed that Guanxinsuhe soft capsules reduced obviously the range and degree of myocardial ischemia and decreased CK,LDH,AST release in serum. The results suggested this drug could prevent the heart from myocardial ischemia.
