摘要(Abstract)：

目的对海洋微生物代谢产物和药理活性的研究进展作一综述,并对海洋药物开发前景进行预测。方法通过查阅近年来国内外有关文献54篇,按照药理活性的不同,综述来自海洋放线菌、海洋真菌及海洋细菌中分离得到的结构新颖的活性代谢产物及其抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒、免疫调节等作用。结果海洋微生物代谢产物含有多种活性化学成分,具有多种药理活性,可望开发成抗肿瘤、抗炎等方面的新药。结论综述了近年海洋微生物生物活性物质的研究进展。
