摘要(Abstract):

在“渐进前沿模型”的基础上 ,建立并推导了乳状液膜法提取青霉素的非稳态传质数学模型。实验条件下乳状液膜法提取青霉素的过程属扩散控制 ,其阻力主要来源于膜相。青霉素在膜相中的扩散是提取过程的速控步骤
Based on advancing front model, a mass transference model of unsteady state for extraction of PG by the emulsion liquid membrane was developed. Under experimental conditions, the extraction rate of penicillin G might be controlled by the diffusion process and the diffusion resistance exists mainly in the membrane phase. Namely, the diffusion step of penicillin G in the membrane phase might be the controlling step.
