毛冬青苯丙素类化学成分研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的研究毛冬青(Ilex pubescens Hook. Et Arn.)中苯丙素类化学成分。方法采用现代色谱分离技术包括大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、开放ODS柱色谱及制备HPLC等色谱分离手段,并通过NMR等现代波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果从毛冬青体积分数70%乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位分离得到8个化合物,分别为Jasurolignoside(1)、Isolariciresinol 4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2)、(7S,8R)-balanophonin-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3)、Phillyrin (4)、fraxiresinol-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5)、4-(1,2,3-trihydroxypropyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl-1-O-β-Dglucopyranoside(6)、Syringin(7)、Fraxiresinol-1-β-D-glucoside(8)。结论化合物1~6为首次从冬青属植物中分离得到的苯丙素类化合物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of phenylpropanoids from Ilex Pubescens Hook. Et Arn.. Methods The compounds were isolated by means of modern chromatographic separation techniques such as macroporous adsorption resin,silica gel,polyamide,open ODS and preparative HPLC column chromatography,and the structures of compounds were identified by NM R modern spectral techniques.Results Eight compounds were obtained from the n-butanol extraction section of 70%( φ) ethanol extract.They were jasurolignoside( 1),isolariciresinol 4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 2),( 7 S,8 R)-balanophonin-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 3),phillyrin( 4),fraxiresinol-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranosi-de( 5),4-( 1,2,3-trihydroxypropyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 6),syringin( 7),fraxiresinol-1-β-Dglucoside( 8). Conclusion Compounds 1-6 are isolated from the genus of Ilex for the first time.
